The story of Einot Kedem began in 2004, when Omer and Na’ama moved to the Jordan Valley with nothing but a tractor, a horse, and a deep belief in the land. Just north of Jericho, they settled in the desert and began working the soil by hand, heart, and hope. Inspired by the early Zionist pioneers, their dream was simple yet bold: to live close to nature and help turn desert into paradise. Nineteen years later, that dream has blossomed into a thriving family of seven children and a flourishing farm that produces truly exceptional products. Today, Einot Kedem is a vibrant oasis—an emerald island of life in a shrinking wilderness. Beyond farming, hospitality is at the heart of everything they do. They welcome youth volunteers, host tours, and create opportunities for people to reconnect with the land, nature, and a pioneering spirit that is very much alive.
