Transliteration:
The Secret to Reading Hebrew
A transliteration is an English spelling of a non-English word, like writing shalom for the Hebrew word שלום. See how easy it can be to read Hebrew? Now imagine a transliteration of every single word in Psalms. That’s over 30,000 Hebrew words you’ll know how to read and say! That’s the power of transliterations.
Translation:
Now You Can Understand
The English translation in the new Pray Like David edition is a 100% accurate translation of the original Hebrew text of Psalms. It is one of the world’s most authentic and readable English versions of King David’s prayers.

Excellent translation for learning Hebrew
Helping me to learn proper pronunciation and understanding of the Hebrew text for the sake of prayer.
Amazing, my heart skips a beat, the words come alive, and I feel so blessed.
I have already purchased The Isreal Bible Book of Psalms, but I ordered the one from you, for a friend. I know they will enjoy it when it arrives.
I love this Book of the Psalms. It has totally enhanced my devotions. I write one psalm out every day and began shortly before Oct. 7. Then I heard the request to pray the psalms for the iDF. I feel closer to Israel every time I open this. I truly love it and have given it to three people.
My first experience in reading the Psalms happened years ago as a teenager when I came across Psalm 137, "By the rivers of/Babylon." Those verses and those of Psalm 23 ("Though I walk through/a valley of deepest/darkness...) resonated with me ever since. What prompted me to buy the Psalms: Pray like David were a few reasons: my wanting to support Israel; the poetry and themes of the Psalms themselves and as a former student of Ancient Greek and Latin, I was intrigued by this unique transcription of English and Hebrew. Those are the reasons I can articulate; no doubt there are others which are not easily defined. The generous size of this edition is also a plus. Most compelling of all, when reading these psalms in their English translation is the sense of love and intimacy that the writer captures in his relationship with God, and you as the reader experience this contemporaneously. This book of Psalms, to paraphrase lines from Shakespeare, makes hungry where it most satisfies.
Love how it has hebrew, transliteration and translation!!
I love this book. I love the layout. I love that it helps you pronounce the Hebrew words and includes the Hebrew writing which, to me, is the most beautiful language in the world!
I love the book of Psalms
The most amazing Tehilim if you are looking for transliteration! Love it so much🇮🇱💙
The Israel Bible Book of Psalms is a great book to have. This will help me in my Hebrew language studies. I would recommend this resource to all who are studying the scriptures.
It is a beautiful book, and I look forward to reading and learning from it. I also love that the purchase helps the people in Israel.
Beautifully made with Hebrew transliteration and translation, I love it
I love this book, because I live and move in the book of Psalms. I learned to pray like David did a long time ago and Ad-nai has answered every single prayer I have ever uttered. As these last days become more perilous with every passing hour, His WORD is becoming even more precious and HOLY. Intercession and spiritual warfare prayers are needed more now than ever before. I'm ALL IN. Am Yisrael Chai!
Really enjoy having another version to widen my understanding and joy in communion with Adoni
I had to pick up my granddaughter from school and as I was waiting I had brought my book in. The lady I sat next to saw the title and I was so happy to share with her hat it meant to me to have English, transliteration and Hebrew on the same page. So thank you
I read the first testament through in a three-year cycle reading each weekday. I read the psalms on weekends and this will be a major contribution to my reading.
Excellent
Very readable and quite enlightening.
I've picked up this book and like how words are also given spelled out in the Hebrew language. Can't wait to realy dig in to the information this book appears to have. All the items I ordered will help me understand Israel and its people and places all over the entire State of Israel. Thank you
I love reading the Psalms before I go to sleep.
It is wonderful
I love your books. I am still reading them.
Easy reading
I totally like this print, the script, table of contents, translations, the charts, the introductions, excellent for adding to my library.
I love this book of Psalms in Hebrew and English! A must have!

It's wonderful to be able to double-check my pronunciation of the Hebrew Psalms every morning during my prayer time. So many Hebrew words have Masoretic Hebrew symbols and accent marks that seem unusual to me. But It would be great to have a spiral binding, to keep the book open, without my hands on it.
Book arrived in promptly and well packaged. Nice quality paperback book. Very pleased. I love God's Word, so pleased to have access to this!
Many of us, including myself, likely have several versions of The Book of Psalms depending on which Bible you might be reading from with variance of nuance. What makes The Israel Bible Book of Psalms a standout is a more polished reading for the simple reason alone that it is a translation of Hebrew by Rabbi's and other learned Jewish people. With that kind of background authenticity the reading of the Psalms just "feels" a bit more satisfying than from other versions. As a single volume this Book of Psalms is easier to carry around to take with you to the park or wherever you desire to muse and pray as you read with your heart. The Hebrew is alongside the English words, and while I am not fluent, I do enjoy identifying key Hebrew words within the actual Hebrew as I read and study. I hope that you get to enjoy this volume as much as I do.
I like the layout of the pages. Stand by Me books—the Hebrew font is difficult to read.
This is a beautiful book with the Psalms written in Hebrew and English, along with transliteration of the Hebrew text. It's the perfect way to read and meditate on the Psalms.
I love it very much. I support Israel.
This is an awesome book of Psalms. Love the translation and the presentation.
Beautiful book. I look forward to spending a few hours getting into it.
This will be off the shelf more than it is on it.
