The book was very enlightening.
These amazing stories of what happened in the horrific massacre in Israel on October 7, 2023. Continued prayer for all survivors of living and deceased hostages & all Israel as they were invaded in the South that horrific day! Thank you for letting all know the horrors that happened that day!
Inspiring story. Difficult to read and comprehend. So much courage

Purchased to read on the plane for my 10-day Trip to Israel. My heart goes out to the people living in Israel and all the heroes that sacrificed to keep it safe.

I cannot write a review, as I have not yet read the book. With cooler temps arriving, I will read the book. I am encouraged that the author has chosen to reveal the depth of horror unleashed against innocent citizens.
There are moving stories about what happened on October 7. Sometimes I feel hard to read it, but it was a terrible day and it is very important to know about it. With all the different stories it gives a good "overview" of what happened and how it affects the whole Israeli society.
If you stop the fucking genocide. You wont have to write bullshit crap like this. You genocidal fuckheads.
Tremendous effort went into the research that resulted in this book: broad range of people, backgrounds, experiences. From the expected stories of soldiers to farm workers and casual passers by. Their combined experiences paints a very broad picture of the sacrifice, passion, dedication and love of diverse people for Israel. Very, very good. Thanks, Sara and others who participated. I have visited Israel twice and this contributes much more to my love for this land and her people. Aloha from Hawaii!!

Just finished reading the book. I have seen various news clips of the Oct. 7 terror attacks, the incredible survival stories, and the sacrifices made but this book goes into the story behind the story and brings a more complete picture of the heroes involved.
In the serious and sad context, I would not choose the words "love it", so much as "admire and celebrate and praise God for these wonderful people." I am inspired. But how would I behave? That's the unanswerable question. Israel is the most moral and decent society oin the world (though I have many criticisms too) and exemplar to the world. But no surprise: They ARE the "Chosen People". God bless the individual heroes / heroines; God bless the families of vistims; God bless the surviving but injured or traumatised victims. God bless the relatively few lovers of Israel in those countries which either openly hate it or pretend to like it but actually despise it.
Just finished it today. It was pretty good! A bit wordy in some spots and I understand why, but over all I thought it was very good.

I have been a huge fan of Sara Lamm’s writing from reading Israel365. When I saw she was the author of the book I thought it was a good way to support her and Israel365. This book is just one more way to learn who the amazing people of Israel are. From her writing, I am again brought to my knees in prayer to God for the State of Israel’s safety and their victory against evil terrorists. May God continue to bless you and keep you.

A great book.
Heart felt stories captured from that traumatic day. Very well written and an easy read. I was able to finish the book in one day. My heart and prayers continue for the people of Israel, especially those who are suffering including the hostages. Prayers for Shalom to reign once again in the land of Israel.
