This is great Bible and has excellent information as you do your Parsha study. I’m a glad I got it. I would highly recommend it.
It is very interesting reading the Bible with the commentaries from a Jewish Israeli perspective. Reading the Bible with a western lens is not good enough for complete understanding. It helps me understand how important the Land of Israel is to all believers. When I first visited Israel earlier this year, the first words from our tour guide were "Welcome Home!" And yes it does feel like home when you see God's Word come to life in Israel. I hope to return in 2025 and I would like to learn how to read and understand and maybe speak a little Hebrew, and the ability to read God's Word in Hebrew gives me access to how every part of the Bible testifies to God's Plan. Even studying the meanings of the names in genealogy from Adam to Noah is God's plan for salvation in a nutshell - Wow! I highly recommend this Bible for those who want to go deeper into God's Word.

Wonderful Bible and great print
As a Christian who is learning Biblical Hebrew, this will be an invaluable resource. I truly believe that to know more about your faith, that you need to not only study the New Testament, but you need to also understand the Tanakh (the Old Testament). Rabbi Weiss has presented the Tanakh in a way that helps to bridge some of the gap between Jews and Christian’s. In doing so they are highlighting the need to understand more about how the modern state of Israel, and the origins of both of our faith. I hope for this to be something that helps bring us closer as we learn more about our Father, and bring more understanding between all of Gods Children.

I really enjoy this beautiful Bible! I listen to 2 different 'Bible in Year' podcasts- Bible in a year, Chronological Bible, NLT with Hunter Barnes, and Bible in a year, 2nd Revised Standard Version, with Father Mike. I am not Catholic, but I am learning much. I use my Isreal Bible & follow along with both podcasts and am facinated by the deeper meaning I get! It is so precious! I am so blessed to be able to freely read, to freely listen, to freely learn! The Lord of Host, The Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit.... learning with a background of the actual Hebrew thinking is a great and very precious blessing! I was raised in a christian home with a very strong belief that all scriptures are based on the relationship between G-d and His covenant people Israel. That was the only viewpoint I knew. I thought it would be great to see the scriptures from a jewish perspective and I have not been disappointed. I know that there are several meanings to one Hebrew word and I thought it would be interesting to see if another meaning was given then the one I was accustomed to. I found that and more, I am re-reading the scriptures with new eyes.

Love this Bible! It provides a lot of information on how the Tanaka was developed, and now I know what the Torah is.

Wonderful! I finally can compare other translations against my new Israel Bible and learn deeper meaning of certain passages. I do not read or understand Hebrew yet, but this motivates me to learn.
I asked to return and sent a request but was never answered. Not being Jewish I guess I don’t understand why the cover is upside down.
I love this Bible. I am trying to learn to read Hebrew. This helps me practice speaking Hebrew. I like the extra notes and study helps.

This Bible is printed backwards, the books start at the back and move to the left…. It’s very strange. Also the cover is on backwards. I tried to email them and it said that it was not working. I guess I’ll use it as decor, it is a very pretty piece
