This book is an excellent resource for my prayers. It is also a great resource for learning Hebrew!
This book is a challenge for me. I was looking for more purely Biblical Prayers, rather than those others wrote. Also, as one how is 77, I might recommend that you use a lightly larger font, and add more contrast in the printing of the letters. That would make it easier to read. I am looking forward to taking time to read through the whole book, and use it in my praying.
I'm sure singles like me would need this helpful prayer.
I started with the morning prayer and then noticed the very unusual one next to it about Blessing after Using the Bathroom! I started reading it and it all makes sense as the Creator performs wonders for the intricate and precise functioning of the human body! I am so grateful for that lesson. Looking forward to use it from now on. So many subjects are covered!! I will use it also when I am in Israel in the Fall!!

Very helpful when you don’t know what or how to pray
It is quite appealing to have the prayers written in Hebrew and English.
Wish y'all paid better attention to what folks ordered. I had just ordered this series in hardback the month prior then y'all send me a paperback number one of the series?!
It's fulfilling a desire to deepen prayer and to compliment a study done in Hebrew. My son-in-law was wanting this set of books. He has been well-pleased and has shared many passages from it with me. I was greatly impressed and ordered a set for myself.

Nice presentation of Daily and Feast prayers. The table of contents is extremely helpful to assist in finding the appropriate prayers for the appropriate time. Very nice.

Great book. Exactly what I expected.
I do appreciate Stand By Me, Volume 1, because it puts me on a path for understanding how the Jewish mind connects to YHVH. I move slowly through the prayers, allowing time to reflect on how I can move into a more intimate relationship with Him. I do recommend this book to those who desire a more fulfilling prayer time.
Interesting commentary…another aid too stronger faith
I absolutely love the perspective from the Hebrew interpretation of the book, Stand By Me! It gives a different meaning in a lot of ways, since the English wording and meaning is sometimes totally different than the Hebrew. This has been a great experience for me. The daily devotionals that Israel365 provides as well. Only problem of the book is the coloring of the printed words. For me it is hard to see. But that is the only issue I have with the book. I have the paperback, so perhaps that is the quality of paper and ink being used. But the actual prayers and content is wonderful! That is what really counts!
