When the packing envelope arrived, there was no indication of the fact that it was associated with you. When I opened that envelope, there was a smaller one inside, maybe 4” square, but no indication of who it was actually from. So I feared opening it and needed outside help to see if it was ok! All things only related it to China and I had assumed these would be from Israel, not that the bracelets were made in China. Also I ordered three, with three different names, one for each grandchild. But nothing indicated which was which when they arrived, and I don’t know Hebrew to distinguish, so again had to for help to find out. I had ordered a couple items from you before, and they were great. For the reasons given, these were not a pleasant experience. When I looked at them again at your site, they were greatly reduced in price, whereas these three had cost me close to $100 altogether. That was sad under the circumstances.
Great beautiful bracelet
I wanted to see my name in Hebrew and it brought a smile to my face when my bracelet came. The bracelet is well made and adjustable, which I love. Plenty of link to adjust to my size wrist. The gold color is beautiful. It will be a part of style for a long time. Thank you Israel365!

The bracelets are so pretty - but there is one thing - they were not marked as to which name was on each bracelet! I do not know Hebrew so I had to look them up online using a copy on there of Hebrew alphabet! I would like you to consider at least marking each individual package with the English name being translated into Hebrew! Or have the Hebrew name written so one could identify the correct bracelet if ordering more than one like I did.
I thought the bracelet would have my Hebrew name, Yaffa. Instead it was in English, Linda. I was very disappointed.

I was anxious to get it but I was very disappointed to see it was manufactured and sent from China. I thought I was purchasing something made in Israel and I was glad to support Israel. And I did order it as large however, it was so big it fell off my wrist and I lost it. Nothing about this experience was good :(

Bracelet was way too large for my wrist. Not knowing Hebrew, I needed some instruction as to which way was up for the lettering on the bracelet

This did not come in a box , just a mailing envelope. Not sure that this is the Hebrew name for Betty. It felt cheap for the cost. I had high hopes.

I bought 3 of these. One for me, my daughter Chloe and son's girlfriend Aliyah. We don't the Hebrew translation. My suggestion is to have the English name written on the individual package. The package was rerouted through China so perhaps the reseller omitted the English names.
